Sam had a super weekend! He spent Friday in Owensboro with Meemaw and Peepaw and visited Aunt Neen and many friends at Texas Gas in the afternoon. On Saturday, he got to visit with Uncle Shirley and see Aunt Kitty, too. Then we went to eat dinner with Uncles Chris and Josh and saw Tom and Carolyn. Sam had a great time at Olive Garden flirting with our waitress and trying to taste the food on everyone's plates. Sunday found us at Owensboro Christian and then to Aunt Neen's for lunch. She got Sam a very cool collapsible high chair that will hook onto a table for restaurants, and anywhere else. Sam was very happy to get home and see his Maxie, and is now sleeeeping, as you can see above. He did not take his "pre-bed" nap tonight, so here's hoping for a good night's sleep!
Sam wishes Miles a get well soon because he wants to visit! :) He also discovered the wonder of fruit this weekend, with his first taste of bananas. He said that they are good, but he still likes "the green stuff" too!
