All you really want is pictures, and I promise, you will get one later. But for now, Sam is sleeping upstairs, and I thought I would update you all on his new accomplishments and happenings! We had a great time in Gatlinburg, but were missing Sam and definitely ready to see him by the time we got home. This weekend, we stayed in Paducah and Sam had fun hanging out with mom, dad, and Max. Klaytor hunted... :) Sam and I shopped!! :) On Sunday, he graduated from the newborn nursery at church to the "creepers" room, so he can roam around on the floor. He is enjoying more table food, including homemade applesauce, smushed up green beans, and bananas. Tonight- a baked potato and mashed carrots! He has 4 teeth now, 2 on top and two on bottom. He loves to crawl everywhere and tries to climb over people on the floor. He also tries to chase Max, but Max is onto him, and always keeps an escape route in view. He will let go of whatever he is standing by just for a second, but then drops onto his bottom. I am trying to teach him to play the drums with a wodden spoon and pots and pans. So far, he just chews on the spoon, though. We have taught him to wave, and while he is not consistent, he will do it! He is squealing, yelling, and cooing most of the time, but is also good at whining when you walk out of his sight!
Today we ran a few errands and then walked around the mall. He loved being in his stroller and looked very cute iin his cammo overalls and cammo hat. Tomorrow, down to business and back to Ms. Elva's!
